Our Mission

Collective Prana is on a mission to provide tools, support, and resources to improve the quality and direction of life.

Through guided meditation, somatic movement, healing bodywork, parenting consulting, and personal development, we teach people how to reprogram unproductive thought & behavior patterns to move forward and enjoy the life they want.

Our Philosophy

Science has shown that the people, environments, and situations we experience as children form how we see ourselves and the world.
These imprints form how we operate in relationships, our perspectives of money and career, and – most importantly- who and what we think of ourselves. When our lives feel off-track, it can usually be traced back to something from this time.
These experiences are not just stored in our minds, but also in our bodies. This can often result in pain, chronic injuries, and physical dysrequlation. The latest research shows that movement can provide a direct portal to rewriting our thoughts, helping the body to release and restore.
Essentially, our mind and body are deeply connected and work more beneficially in tandem.
By unraveling and correcting the impressions held throughout our lives, we bring back balance, improving relationships, parenting, and career decisions.
